SUFFIX

Working on a batch. The form requires me to fill in a SUFFIX for names. If the record shows no such SUFFIX what do I put in that box so I can submit my otherwise completed batch?

    Ctrl+B (or Cmd+B on a Mac). That will enter a <Blank> indicator. Or use the 4th icon from the left in the Horizontal Toolbar. It's the one on the left in the snip from the toolbar that is shown below.
