Indexing mistake found when reviewing
I was reviewing a batch of naturalization records and the person who did this batch originally noted that there were No information on 2 images and there was information to be indexed and I tried to go back and type YES but it would never change from NO I have done it several times with the same result. Is there something I am doing wrong?

It would help if you shared the batch by adding the sequence of letters/numbers in brackets after the title with your question. Example [MHXV-H2P].
Without seeing the batch, my guess is you need to delete the No, and use the drop down menu to select Yes. Just curious, did the indexer miss the Oath of Allegiance on the two records?

I had a batch that the indexer had put "Unreadable" in the "should it be indexed" field. I tried to put a yes in but it wouldn't stick. So I just cignored it and completed the batch and submitted it.

When people put "unreadable" or "blank" in the "should it be index" field, it can be deleted. Place your cursor in the "should it be index" field and then hit whatever key you use to delete text. This will remove it and then you can select "yes".

Two separate Families were indexed together, and this needs to be fixed. It is VERY obvious on the Original record that there are two separate Homes, and separate families. Please Separate the Land and Patterson families. Link added for reference to mistake.
