Unreadable indexed record

I have a record to review, labeled marriage in the batch title, that is very hard to read and make out the letters and words. The indexer has indexed names from this and filled in the fields but I can't confirm them because the record is so unreadable. I'm not even sure it is a marriage record from what I can make out. Should I just return the batch or other suggestions? Thanks

There was some deciphering to do but I think we got the marriage record figured out and submitted!
