I'm indexing officer rolls and the keying tool allows 40 records. I have more records on the roll to index. What do I do with the additional people to be indexed?

You can use the Add Entry button to add the extra records.

Thank you! I was searching the articles for adding "records" instead of "entries". I really appreciate your help!
