Who do I contact about updating missing Father's name to the Guatemala Civil Reg?

I stumbled upon this record and noticed that there was an amendment to the file in which the father was added to the birth registrations: Adrian Zapata Costa, father of Jose Rudencio Villeda. I'm hoping someone can update this information, as I tried with the Edit feature but since no father was previously listed, I can't add this information. It might be helpful for someone out there looking for their ancestor.

Unfortunately, there is currently no mechanism by which FamilySearch or any of its users can add missing fields or entries to published indexes.

Hopefully most researchers know to do a search by just the mother's name (as well as just the father's name) when looking for a family, and also hopefully, everyone knows to always check the original document if at all possible, because indexes are never complete or error-free.
