I am using a new computer, my old one had a yellow high light line that I could move to the line I am indexing. I don't know where I got the line on the old computer, it seems it was always there. I am wondering how to get it on my new computer as it was very helpful.

    Hi Kathleen.

With your batch open, from the menu click on “Data Entry” and then “Show Ruler.” To adjust the attributes of the resulting Ruler/Reading Guide that appears, click on “Batch” and then “Settings.”
