My guess: The Grantors line 4-8 are a group) - granting deed to grantee Edgar P Pickering (grantee line 6)

Field Help also indicates: If multiple grantors were listed for a single transaction, index information about each one using separate entries in the data entry area.

This would mean separate Entries for grantors:

    4.Charles R Pickering )

    5.John D Pickering )

6.Francis B Pickering ) ---> ) means they are a group All with grantee Edgar P Pickering (not William Andre on Entries 4 and 5)

    7.Cyrenus C Pickering )

    8.Catherine M Pickering )
