I believe, that is what we are ALL experiencing ...

The matter has also been PREVIOUSLY raised about x6 Hours ago.

    Hello,

    The easiest way for me to get to Research Wiki;

From any page click our logo in the top left corner. That will take you to the FamilySearch Landing page for your account.

Then, top of the page click on Search

in the dropdown click on Research Wiki

As a "Moderator" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) ]

Your response, here in this post, is somewhat 'belated' ...

    FYI

This post was from a FEW Days ago ...

You may not be aware ...

But, at the 'Time' of this post ...

There WAS, a significant problem/issue, with accessing, the 'FamilySearch' "Research Wiki" ...

In fact, the 'FamilySearch' "Research Wiki" could NOT be accessed.

A number of Hours, after this post; and, significantly, after the "Related" post, the significant problem/issue, with accessing the 'FamilySearch' "Research Wiki", was addressed/fixed.

This post; and, the "Related" post, were NOTHING to do, with the Users/Patrons, NOT knowing HOW to Access the 'FamilySearch' "Research Wiki", it was just that, at the 'Time' the 'FamilySearch' "Research Wiki" could NOT be accessed.

Just so that you are aware.

    Brett

ps: Examination of the "Related" post, would have revealed, that the matter, was under investigation.

    Catherine

You made your 'Comment', some x4 Days AFTER the original post; and, AFTER the matter had been resolved.

Plus, there was a related post; where, a "Moderator" was already involved, in the matter; as, a whole.

[ And, I had ALREADY referenced, that related post, in this particular post ... ]

    Hence, my comment/response.

    "Fatal error authenticating user."

I got this error message today, attempting to use a link to the wiki from the Site Map. This happened several times. I then accessed the wiki using a direct URL and confirmed I was still logged in there. On retry the link on the Site Map went where it pointed.
