Occasionally I get the message "all batches are completed or checked out." How do you check out a batch?

It means the same thing as when selecting 'find batches'. It means all available batches 'have been downloaded to indexers' and that 'the Project is near Indexing being completed'.

When you select 'find batches' you can change difficulty level etc to find a new batch for indexing.

Thank you. I thought there was some way to check out batches, in other words, take several batches and hold them for indexing or reviewing later.

You can check out multiple batches - you just have to increment that when 'finding batches'. (Upper right area if memory serves - maximum of 10 batches?)

Find a batch is not the best way to find batches to do. You will end up with a lot of no batches found. Click on Indexing then on the Web Indexing Page NOT the Find a batch page.

    1. On the My Batches panel, click Find Batches. It will be the blue button in the middle of the screen.
    2. Search for the type of batch that you want to find.
