FYI
Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
I just took a 'look' in the 'FamilySearch' "Catalogue" ...
That appears to be in, "Book" format; and, ONLY available, in/at/through the "Family History Library" (FHL), of the Church, in 'Temple Square', Salt Lake City, Utah, USA; plus, the "Book" is located in "Off-site Storage".
So ...
That Said ...
IF, you were able to visit, the FHL of the Church in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA; THEN, you would NEED to prearrange (ie. Prior to your visit) for that "Book", to be "Retrieved", from "Off-site Storage", to coincide with your visit.

WHEREAS ...
IF, you are NOT able to visit, the FHL of the Church in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA; THEN, you will NEED to use (ie. avail yourself of) the FREE Look-Up Service provided by the FHL of the Church.

I hope this helps.

Additional investigation verifies that you can have off-site books brought to the Family History Library in Salt Lake if you provide the Library personnel 6 to 8 weeks in advance. The following URL will take you to the page where there is a link to order off-site books to be brought to the Library. We hope it will be helpful.
Thank you, @Brett for the reminder that this is now possible. We will make certain the knowledge article about the film/digital notes is updated to reflect this information.

Thank you everyone for you assistance with my query, I have requested the book be brought to the Family History Library so hopefully it won't be too long before I can access the letters in question.
Once again very many thanks everyone regards Netty
