Here are several articles that will help you with your brother and how he should be listed in family tree. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-specify-biological-step-adopted-and-foster-relationships-in-family-tree https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-add-step-adopted-and-foster-children-to-parents-in-family-tree
Since your brother was adopted you will want to show him as an adopted child under his adopted family and also show him as a biological child under his biological parents. In this case make sure that you put detailed information in the collaborate area on each person page that is involved. For example put the same information on your brothers person page, each of his biological parents person pages and his adoptive parents person pages. Here is an article about that: https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-add-notes-to-a-person-in-family-tree
By adding that information it will help others understand what happened in your brothers life and will decrease any misunderstanding.
Thank you for contacting FamilySearch. It has been a pleasure helping you. Best wishes as you continue finding records for your family.
