    @smadsen3903984

    FYI

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Person.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

In "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch' ...

[ Using the Web version, not the "Mobile" Application version ... ]

    That is very strange ...

As, I was just able to select myself, as, the individual/person; and, "Print" (as PDFs) ALL of the available options under the "Print" Section, on the 'Right-Hand-Side' of the "Person/Details" page/screen ...

    All Tools _ Location _ Print _ 0 _ 1 August 2021.jpg

    As such ...

    As an aside ...

I was using, the latest versions of, (the Browser) 'Google' "Chrome", with ("Operating System) 'Microsoft' "Windows 10".

Question: What, "Browser"; and, "Operating System", are you using?

[ Are they, the latest version, of such? ]

    Just curious ...

    Brett

Sometimes cookies and temporary files can prevent FamilySearch from displaying properly. We recommend that you clear them from FamilySearch once a week. It is a very easy process.

Click on this link: https://www.familysearch.org/cookies click on yes.

You can also clear all the cookies and temporary files stored by your browser to improve operating efficiency. Here are some Knowledge Articles to help you with this.

@smadsen3903984, I was able to get FamilySearch into a situation where it would not allow me to print the pedigree chart with me as the #1 person.

I found a couple ways to get out of that situation and print the pedigree as desired. The first way is to clear your cookies and cache. For some reason, it seems to get hung up after awhile, and clearing cookies puts it back on "track."

I found that when the system would not let me print the pedigree with me as #1, I had maneuvered Family Tree to another individual's person page. From there, I used the Print option as @Brett describes above - but that would only allow me to print with the individual, whose person page I was on, as #1.

I found the same problem if I was looking at a Pedigree chart with another individual in the #1 position. I could not use any of the print options to get me into the #1 position.

So let me sum up. (1) I suggest that you clear you cookies and cache. That should clear the problem. (2) if not, then go to you person page and print the pedigree from there.

    I hope that this helps.
