On this obituary, I cannot find where the parents were listed-- the last item in the obituary of Herbert L Powell, was his late son, but the parents names in 26 and 27 are not listed there. I don't see another obituary for this person, but it's possible there's another obituary for him on the same record--I just can't see it--can you?

I forgot to say I am reviewing this obituary, not indexing it

There needs to be a deceased record indexed after Entry 25 because this way Mr and Mrs JK Powell would show up as the parents of Herbert L Powell.

The problem is there isn't enough information to add to the deceased babe to make the entry stick. In this case, I think you must assume the surname of the child as Powell just to make a deceased entry. So, add the deceased record with Given Name: <blank> and Surname Powell. Then there will be a deceased infant with the parents as the "others". It is the only way to accomplish the task - so best judgment comes into play here!
