How to index an image that doesn't list information but the other image does?

Hello! I am doing indexing for some voter registration and I am confused about how to get through this. There are 8 images of this registration and the information for the registered voter is on different pages. For example, the first image gives the girl's name and the second image lists her birth but when I go to the second image it wants me to enter in information for a new entry. How do I tell the system that all these images apply to the same entry on the first page? If anyone knows how I would love the assistance. Thank you so much!

You begin your indexing on the first entry form of the record. You mark the rest of the pages No, No Extractable Data in Step 1. Keep your reference images open to make it easier to keep filling the details on the 1st entry.

It is always best to share your batch to get the best answer!

The General Indexing Guideline for What to Do when Records Span 2 Images could be edited a bit to explain this! But, the 4 example images on the project are pretty clear, if this is Zimbabwe—Voter Registration, 1938–1973.

"Any required information from this image should be indexed in the data entry area for "How to Index a Voter Registration Document Spanning 4 Images, Page 1."

This image would then be marked in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data."
