When indexing I find 2 documents showing. Sometimes for the same person, Sometimes two different people. I fill out the question blanks for first document and then go to the second. I fill it out and then think the batch should be done but another question sheet appears. I seems there are two question sheets for each document. Should I be filling each document out twice?

No- the answers do not need to be repeated. Use the "delete" option to remove that second question sheet. The delete is the little trash can icon at the top.

The answer actually depends on the batch and the project instructions. Would you mind sharing the batch code and project name with us so that we can determine the instructions given there? For example: US, New York—Naturalization Records, 1820–1991 [Part H][M3FQ-483]. You can copy and paste your project name and batch code. We need to remember that not all projects are the same. Thank you.
