Why am I always getting the message "Ooops, something went wrong. Refresh the page"

I am a family history consultant, and this is the first time that I am getting this message constantly.

    It sounds like you need to delete your brower history and cookies. You can find that option in your brower settings. When you delete them, be sure and delete all history and cookie from start. If you have not done this in a long time, it will take a while for it to complete. After that has completed, go back into index and it should load properly when you open a record.
