Unresponsive page

When I click on a source in United States, GenealogyBank Historical Newspaper Obituaries, 1815-2011 a window comes up and says Unresponsive page.

I tell it to wait and sometimes it brings the source up but still cannot get into it. Does everyone have this problem or am I doing something wrong. It has happened several times this week.

Hi Sandra.

Please supply an example of someone so that we may check -

• The name of deceased
• Approximate death date of the deceased
• The place of death
