Moving image over

For some reason, I am not able to move the image on the right closer, up or down. I have even tried going out of the batch and back in. Is there an issue with the indexing program right now? I just finished a batch and it worked fine. Thank you

You can often solve the problems like the following by deleting the cookies stored on your computer: 

• Your computer does not respond quickly and efficiently execute your commands.
• Data on FamilySearch displays poorly or not at all.

Steps (website)

1. Go to https://familysearch.org/cookies.
2. When the Reset your cookies? appears, click Yes.
