@KerenaJustice that digitized film is available to view at Family History Centers and affiliate libraries but not from home.

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
I just took a 'look' through the "Index" for that Film.
It would appear that NOT "All" of the indexed records include the Parents, ONLY some.
Question: Have you tried searching the "Index" for that Film; specifically, just in the "Name" of the Groom?
You may get lucky; and, the "Index" of the Groom's record contains his Parents; but, then again, you may not.
And, apart from the possibility, that the "Images", on that Film, MAY be available through, a "Family History Centre" of the Church (or, an "Affiliate Library") ...
As an aside ...
IF, you have (or, can get) subscription/paid access, to "FindMyPast.co.uk" [ "FindMyPast.com ]; THEN, as the Record pertains principally to "Hertfordshire, England" (and, in particular, "Nettleden"), there is a chance, that the actual "Images", associated with that Record, WILL be on "FindMyPast.co.uk" [ "FindMyPast.com ].
Just a thought.
Failing that ...
And, just in case ...
I would humbly suggest, that you consider using the FREE "Lookup Service", now offered by the Church's "Family History Library" (FHL) in Temple Square, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.
Here are some details of the service:
▬ 'FamilySearch' "Blog" Article
https://www.familysearch.org/blog/en/library-lookup-service-fhl/
▬ Direct "Link" to "Records Lookup Service"
https://www.familysearch.org/family-history-library/family-history-library-records-look-up-service
▬ 'FamilySearch' "Research Wiki" page

Good Luck.
