    In looking at his person page there a a couple duplicates and some research hints to attach.

    I would suggest that you look at all his family members and clear up any other duplicates and add research hints. Often by doing this type of clean up it will clear the way for ordinances to be done. Sometimes the ordinances are already completed in another duplicate that needs to be merged. I also go through the sources and make sure that they are in order and everything is attached.

    If you have a Family History Consultant in your ward they can help you or you can make an appointment at your local Family History Center.
