Thank you for your response on Alcinous
In looking at his person page there a a couple duplicates and some research hints to attach.
Here are some links to help you do that: https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/in-family-tree-what-does-needs-more-information-mean at the bottom of this help article there are several other articles that you can review
I would suggest that you look at all his family members and clear up any other duplicates and add research hints. Often by doing this type of clean up it will clear the way for ordinances to be done. Sometimes the ordinances are already completed in another duplicate that needs to be merged. I also go through the sources and make sure that they are in order and everything is attached.
If you have a Family History Consultant in your ward they can help you or you can make an appointment at your local Family History Center.
Hopefully this will help.
We are here to help you in any way we can and want your experience with FamilySearch to be a positive one. Best wishes and success in continuing your family history research.0
