Notifications Not Working

In my profile, I activated notifications via text and email for all categories. But I never receive any email or text notifications when I receive a new message etc. I provided the correct phone number and email, I checked spam folders as well

    Notification settings for https://www.familysearch.org/identity/settings/notifications

    are different than notification preferences for

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/profile/preferences

    You would receive no text from Community.

    The text you are supposed to receive when some contacts you from Family Tree may depend on your phone visibility settings. What are your settings for phone etc at:

    https://www.familysearch.org/identity/settings/account

    Thank you, the phone number I entered was for password recovery. I updated the phone number in my personal information. I am still wondering why email notifications about new messages don't work. The email address is entered in password recovery and is also my username. I didn't see anyplace else to enter an email address
