Do you have a shared batch code so we can take a look at what you are seeing? The code is the 7 numbers and letters in brackets, starting with the letter 'M' at the end of your project name.

In general the number of entries is the same as the number of primary persons named in the image. It depends on the project that you are working on though.

I shall look for the shared batch code. Where. Might I find it?

    Yes, you found it!

I have looked at your batch and there are 10 records for you to index, any unused records should then be deleted using the trash can, leaving you with the 10.

You need to complete #10 with the date and his surname is Parriss, an f&s together indicate a double S.

You also need to Blank out the Sex fields as there is no indication of sex on the record and we do not assume sex from names.

    Hope this is helpful.

Because you have some information in those last 15 entries, you either have to make sure they are blank or will have to delete them individually.

When you click on the trash can, you will have the choice to delete "all blank entries" or "current entry". So, once you delete "all blank entries" you will still have a few left and will have to delete them individually. OR you can remove the information on 11, 14, 15, 16 and then use all blank entries.

    I forgot to mention:

You will know if there are more Images in your Batch by looking at the Blue Bar. If it says Images 1 of 1, there is one image to index. If it says Images 1 of 10, there are 10 and they should be showing up at the bottom of your screen as thumbnails.

If you are new to indexing, here is a great video that will help you learn:

                 Indexing Discussion (Jason Pierson Live)

The actual indexing lesson starts around the 8 minute mark, although the entire interview is very interesting.

    Happy Indexing!
