Zimbabwe—Voter Registration, 1938–1973 [Part B] [M34F-Q77]. Trouble labeling duplicate image.

In this batch image #3 is a duplicate of image #2. I have labeled #2 as no extractable data as it is the second page of the packet starting at image #1. When I mark #3 as a duplicate image the system does not allow me to chose #2 for the field asking: Select Duplicate Image.

for this reason I have also marked #3 as no extractable data.

Is this the correct procedure??

    Dear LarryClark43,

    Because image #2 and image #3 are both "No Extractable Data" images, it would be just fine to mark them both as "No, No Extractable Data" even though they are duplicates of each other.
