Need clarification on this record

The person that transcribed this record altered it's contents. Please have someone review and make the corrections. On the records the first three columns are House number, Number of Dwelling house in order of visitation and Number of family in order of visitation.

Hosea Alkire was the head of the household (he was completely omitted

Dewey Hosea Alkire (son) and his family were at Hosea's household

Myrtle was referenced on census as Daughter In Law

Lewey J Alkire, Harry E alkire, Glenn Alkire, Donald E Alkire was referenced as Grandson's

Jacqueline J Alkire, Joan E Alkire were referenced as Granddaughters &

Harry L Alkire was Hosea's son not Dewey's
