Regarding the name shown when making a change in FS

When I (or anyone) makes a change to a person or family in FS, our name is shown as the person making the change. For me, it is L Lenore Akerson. However, the other day when looking at my "Following", I noticed that two changes had a similar name and that confused me:

Robert LZGQ-LJX

Herleva KDQH-DJG

Both of the changes had L Leonore Ackerson after them. I have never used that spelling for any of my changes. I sent a message to L Leonore Ackerson; but have not received a reply as of today (10/7).

Wondering how this happened?
