How can a standardized place name be added to the list?

My family member died in 2008 in Flagstaff, Arizona. The only standardized place name is for 'Arizona Territory' which ended in 1912 when AZ became a state. So How can the correct place name of "Flagstaff, Coconino, Arizona, United States" be added to the standardized place name list?

    Hello @FitchMarthaJean1

We see what you mean! It's surprising that there is no standardized place name for the modern day Flagstaff, Arizona.

Following is a link to the knowledge article that explains how to suggest a new place to FamilySearch places:

Thank you for taking the time to improve the database of standardized places.
