US, Missouri—Naturalization Records Event Date

Hi, this should be easy. The instructions tell me to use the most recent date, but the declaration of admission is the most recent. The place (court) is given with declaration of intention, the earliest date.

If the DOA is the right choice, would the same place be chosen? ref:  1843–1991 [Part D] [M3DM-KW1]. Thanks, Jim

Image 1 has no problem with dates as they have same sates for admission and certificate issue.

Image 2: however has two different dates: The PI under What to Remember does say to use the most recent date that relates to the naturalization process. The later date of September 27, 1926 would be correct in this case.

Kansas City, Missouri would be the place.
