This batch was indexed with the place name as "New York City, New York. From various locations within the directory you can infer that it is most likely New York City. Is that sufficient in stating a location or should the directory itself have somewhere on the page that it is actually New York (or whatever location)?

I looked at this Project and the Instructions. I don't see any place where the Directory Place is listed. I would l use Control-B. I did find the following statement 10th Bullet Point under "What to Remember About This Project:

Do not use places listed in an advertisement as the directory place.

    Thanks for Indexing.

Thanks. I encounter these types of issues occasionally and I've been using Ctrl-B to blank the field and then copying it to the rest of the batch in the same field.
