The Personal Identification Number, HCZ2-C24 has a ? for a name and only the word deceased for death.

Please correct the error.

This problem arises because the surname has been changed from Huber to Hoover, and in the process some of the children now have two fathers. It can be fixed by merging KCC3-1RK with 9KZ1-G8R. Then HCZ2-C24 can be merged with MMDW-Z5S.
