Can I shrink row entries so that I can see all the data points?

You can do this by repeatedly clicking Ctrl+(Minus sign). But the letters will probably end up being pretty small. To get back to "normal" size, click Ctrl+0.
BTW, this idea of being able to adjust the column width for Table Entry mode and the Field width for Row Entry mode (perhaps shrink to fit) and adjust the whole set of Fields to fit on the screen has been suggested before. But put it forth in the Indexing Ideas area and I will certainly give it an upvote.

I am not seeing that there is the option to resize the Entry fields in any Data Entry view. There is the option in the Data Entry> Form Entry three dot menu to 'Show and Hide' fields which will then 'shrink' the Data Entry> Row Entry view (if that is what you would like). But there is not the option to resize the Entry fields. You can suggest this idea to development at Community> Ideas> Indexing

That worked. I will have to submit to see If I need to go back and put BLANK in those spots. Maybe they could do that for all types of entries as well as shrink areas that don't need to be large, like month, date, year and prefixes so we can see them better. I will try to make that suggestion.

Thank you both for your inputs! They both helped. Thank you John for the link attachment, it got me past the "its hard" idea in my head and I did make a suggestion.

You're welcome, Katherine. As promised, I upvoted it.

I'd love to see this implemented also (change width of columns)! I click on the link to Indexing Ideas and the Page is Not Found.

Yes, my suggestion on this issue has been deleted because I made it more than three years ago.
Below is a link to the idea suggested by @katherine christensen that I referred to in my comment. You can upvote it. But don't hold your breath waiting for implementation. Being able to do in Table Entry Mode and Row Entry Mode what you can do in Form Entry Mode - hide fields, move fields, shrink fields - seems related to optimizing the handling of Tables (and by extension Rows). It can take a long time to load a big table and navigate around it. Allowing manipulation of the attributes of Tables has to await the completion of that optimization effort - if it is still active.
Here is a link to Katherine's version of this request/suggestion that I mentioned above. Upvote it and/or upvote it if you like.
