skipped item
I had a batch of 35 and when I did my finishing check I had entered only 34. I found the missing item and entered it as the last item in the batch (it was actually somewhere in the middle of the actual batch).
Did I do this correctly or was I suppose to go back and insert the item in the correct sequence? If so, how could I do that? Would I have to reenter all the items to get them in the correct sequence?

It was OK to put it at the end, but your Reviewer would thank you for putting in the natural place. You can do that by using the Plus Sign (+) icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar just left of the trashcan icon. It gives you a few options for where to insert 1 or more blank Entries.

If the name you missed was supposed to be entry 35, but you indexed someone else, go to entry 34 then go up to the "add blank entry " the toolbar and select, "add after current entry"
this will put in a new entry 35 thats blank and all the other names you indexed afterward will shift down one number to make room, saving all your work.
