how do you adjust the sizes of the information you enter in the entries in the left column? It is too large and I would like it smaller. When I click on the "adjust size" at the top right of that box, I would think that should adjust it, but it doesn't.

What device are you indexing on? That may make a difference. Are you talking about the words you enter or the field you are entering them in?

One thing you might try is control-+ or control -. They change the sizes of the fields and the data entered. Oddly the control - makes them larger so experiment with them to see what works for you.

Put your cursor on the white bar between the image box and the entry box, or basically anywhere on the vertical line. Hold your cursor down and you can make the boxes as wide or as slim as you like.
