An issue with Standardization

Pimlico is a Borough in the City of Westminster. The City of Westminster is similar to the City of London (one square mile). Historically the City of London was more associated with royalty and the City of Westminster with parliament. I have many ancestors from Chelsea which was in the County of Middlesex. Pimlico is neighbour to Chelsea but in the City of Westminster, another location which has many of my ancestors.

It is rather aggravating that Pimlico, Westminster, England isn't accepted as a Standard. Can this now be included please?
