• I am assuming that I do not index the two paymaster listed . following this guideline:
• Do not index the name of the person preparing the record of monthly rolls and monthly rosters unless the person is also listed on the roster or roll itself.

All of the names of the men are found on the previous image which is the other half of this record. Would like to have a second opinion.
