I just opened this batch and see the second name has been crossed out. I can still read it. I am just not sure if this falls under the "index all names" part of the directions, as I don't see anything about crossed out names.

This falls under the General Indexing Guidelines for Crossed-Out, Corrected, Canceled or Voided Information. You can click on that link and read more about these. But, for the purposes of the batch you shared:

    • When information was crossed out, was not replaced, and can be read, type the crossed-out information.
