Need Printer Cartridge - #3331393
The Granada Hills, CA, Family History Center cannot print from our printer MX622 ADHE. When trying to print, the printer and the computers say Cartridge Low and Printer - Error. I removed and shook the cartridge and got a few more pages to print. Contacting FS via telephone and using Team Viewer, I was shown that the printer cartridge says 14% left. However, we still cannot print!
Can you please send a new cartridge.

Contact Lexmark. You can find instructions and contact info by login to FamilySearch. Click on help symbol, click on Community, Click on "Groups" (Far left of screen). Click on "Family History Center Technical Support" icon. Click on number 3 under "Quick Links." Scroll down to line 105. We hope this helps.

If you think that you printer is not functioning properly you may want to contact the Lexmark. If you are the consultant over a FHC you may go to the Help Center and search for information on how to contact Lexmark. Try looking for Lexmark Support.
