I think GenealogyBank does share obituaries with FamilySearch. To find them you would need to search for Death records and see if you can restrict the Collection to GenealogyBank.
I also see that if you go to Search>Records>Find a Collection: Collection Title>and type in: 'GenealogyBank' -
it brings up 3 collections.
I hope that helps!

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
All good questions ...
FYI
"GenealogyBank_com", 'Partnered' with 'FamilySearch', in 2020.
"GenealogyBank_com", is Part of "Newspapers.com", which is 'powered' by (ie. Part of) "Ancestry_com".
Just for starters ...
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':
How do I sign up for a GenealogyBank account?
https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-sign-up-for-a-genealogybank-account
And ...
Although, they are rather 'Dated' (2010), here are some "Lessons" in 'FamilySearch':
GenealogyBank.com

Genealogy Boot Camp

I know it is not much; and, does not answer your questions; but, I hope that this helps, somewhat.
