geographic error

The following was from an email I was asked to respond to:

There are a lot of mistakes in the origine of my family, mostly in the 17th century. The village Pamel is not in the Philipines but in Belgium and was a village of the province "Vlaams Brabant". 

Probably the province was not mentioned and the computer has found the beginning of the word in the Pamelian islands in the Phillipines.

I already made a lot of changes but still they are coming back.

I don't know who to send this to for changes.
