Updating locations in Family Search

If you do an internet search for Konnarock, VA. You will find it mostly located in Smyth County, VA. A small portion is located in Washington County, VA. Family Search only has "Konnarock, Washington, Virginia, United States" listed. Sure I can type "Konnarock, Smyth, Virginia, United States". However there in no option to select "Konnarock, Smyth, Virginia, United States"

How does "Konnarock, Smyth, Virginia, United States" added to the Family Search Database? Would be nice th choose/select the correct county.
