Lost family tree
Hello, I’m hoping someone can help me I forgot my password or username so I requested a change, which was good,
but once I accessed my family tree it was gone all my hard work disappeared, does anyone know how I can retrieve my family tree please.

My tablet and everything gone. Now a new tablet and two gb of data used and still no further recuperating my tree. Very sad as there s more to do. Joan westermangoodwin canada.

If you need some help, you could post in the Community pages the information that you cannot find and let someone try to help you if that is along the lines of your desire.

I wish to be able to access my family tree and have not been able to find password that will work, I am sure the work is there as I have long been on the records.. As I am 86 I would appreciate any help in rediscovery, Thanks you for your help. Wilma Gulstad

You can also call us between 8 AM and 8 PM Mountain Time at 1-866-406-1830 and FamilySearch Suppport will be glad to work with you on the phone to get you logged in, again. Your work does not go away just because you are "away".
