can I add photos of living persons? We have many family photos with Grandpa and Grandma, their children and grandchildren, some of whom are living.

Can I tag those who are living?

Since some of the people that you putting in memories are living, you may want to make those memories private. Memories have the ability to protect the living by being private for only you. Just wanted to make sure you knew that you options.
