Are you allowed to let others view your batch if you are a reviewer?

Absolutely. You can and are encouraged to share a review batch if you have questions or concerns that arise while you’re working on it. Also mention the name of the project to draw the attention of those who are experienced with it.

To share a batch:
While you are in the batch, at the left top of page is a "Help" button, click on it
A menu will open, click on "Share Batch", it will give you two options, you can choose either one that you prefer.

If you are asking about sharing a batch wit h others for the information and it is restricted then no you are not allowed to do that per the agreement you made when accessing the batch. In fact it will not allow anyone that is restricted to see that batch.
IF you find information in the search area you can share it for your own use or in your callings.
This is the TOS that you agree to when you use this site.

I have a question to piggy back on this one. When someone asks a question in help, and shares a batch number, sometimes I get restricted access and I can't look at the batch in question. Why is this? Could this mean it's already submitted? I am a reviewer, so I was just wondering. Thanks!

The two reasons you cannot see a shared batch (that I know of) are because 1) it has been submitted or 2) it is restricted to a certain group of indexers/reviewers. For instance, during the strict Covid lockdowns, FamilySearch restricted batches from Australia and New Zealand to only be done by people of those countries so everyone there could do some indexing. The Missouri marriage records seem to be restricted on and off for reasons I have never heard. The Wisconsin records which were recently indexed were only available to members of the Church as the state has strict confidentiality laws for releasing personal information.
To those who are new: Just to address the original question from 2021 - You may share a batch to get help from others whether you are an indexer or a reviewer. This is done by clicking on the third icon from the right on the toolbar and copying and pasting the link or the batch code. The batch code is often easiest since alot of people don't know how to copy and paste and can write it down and type it in their question. The batch code is also in brackets after the project title on your work page [XXX-XXXX]. The shared batches are accessed by clicking on the gear next to My Batches and entering the code in the box that appears. No one can change the work on a shared batch, but only offer advice.
