How do I get help. I have found my grandfather's records of when he arrived in United States. His military record, death certificate. His name listed among photographers in Hamtramack, Michigan but when I try to search more information, especially a photo of him, I get no more information oneeded him. Like he didn't exist. Yet I got these other records.

Yes, it would be nice for all records to all ready be attached in the Tree. Unfortunately the records need to be linked by individual users. If no one submits a picture of a person to the Memories - then it will not appear. If the person is living - that Memory may not appear because FamilySearch protects records attached to living persons. Luckily records and Memories you attach - even to living persons - are visible to yourself. If you are wanting access to a picture you know a relative has put in your grandfather's Memories - they can at least go into Memories and Share it to you.

Another suggestion - to search Memories for your grandfather try:

    I hope this helps!
