When you need help with a batch, please share the batch code, to receive an accurate answer.
- Just above the toolbar, click Help.
- On the drop-down menu, click Share Batch.
- The Share Batch window opens, giving you two options:
- Copy the batch link, or
- Share the batch code so the helper can enter it in the web indexing tool and open the batch.
- A second way to find the batch code is by clicking Batch, then About Batch. The Batch ID is the same as the code.

Hi @EvansDrueMadison1 ,
For future reference, there are some instructions about how to get rid of unwanted entries here https://prod.familysearch.psdops.com/cmsa/idx/number-of-entries-per-image
- Once you have a batch open, get to the first entry you want to delete
- then click on the trash can that John has circled in his response to your post.
- and choose "the current entry" and click "delete"
- repeat until you have gotten rid of all the unwanted entries
have a great day

@EvansDrueMadison1 Sorry about that. Was the Horizontal toolbar not showing? To have it show while you are indexing go to The Data Entry drop down menu and click on “Show Toolbar.” I was trying to indicate that you should click on the trashcan icon, as Ontymay explained.
