The answer to your question depends on what Fields your Project requires to be indexed. Many Projects instruct us to only index “unique” names. By this they mean that if the Entries that result from indexing two persons are identical in every Field, then you should only index the first such person.
In your case, if there is no “Marital Status” Field (to capture Married and Widow) and no “Address” Field (for those different addresses) then the Entries for those two people named Catherine Anderson would be the same, so you need only index the first one. Obviously, I can’t see what other Fields are required to be indexed for your batch. I’m assuming that they would be blank. Anyway, a Researcher will see both of those individuals on the image and their differences by searching on that one Catherine Anderson.
