Bug: Replace Person again cannot find a PID

It was working for a while. Now it is broken again. Here is how I got there.

    I failed to get the ID brought up at the first attempt, but found it when I pasted in a second time.

    I tried to replace the PID 4 or 5 times, all with the same error.

    I had one last week - tried 4/5 times and the system never found the PID. I finally did a "remove" and then added separately. More work, but got there in the end.

    I use the same workaround, doing the replacement in two steps.

    I even switched browsers trying before I gave up and went the delete/add route.
