Tax Record Supposed To Indicate M or F. Every Person is MF?
I'm relatively new to indexing. Currently, I'm looking at a Canadian tax record from 1893. There is a column that is supposed to indicate the sex of every person recorded (in the rows), but every box in the column says "MF", therefore not specifying whether the person was M or F. There are no other identifying factors for any of them that I saw at first glance (like no Mrs. or Mr. or brother/sister, son/daughter of etc.) so should I just mark the sex as blank? Thank you in advance.
