This roll is a bit different. Are the dates below each name the enlistment date?

Normally the enlistment dates are in a column titled enlistment date so there is no question. This image has dates under each name that could be enlistment dates but I am not sure. Anyone know for sure?

The field instructions state: The date at the top of a roster or roll may be used for all entries as the military date if the entries don't contain their own individual enlistment dates.
