I don't do this often enough to remember, but if I want to add a line in a batch between two other lines how do I do it. Thanks before hand.

To add entries in the data entry area, do the following:

    1. On the indexing toolbar, click the icon for Add Entries.
    2. In the Add Multiple Entries pop-up window, type the number of entries you want to add, and indicate where you want to add them.
    3. Click Add.

Add Entries is the 7th Icon from the right. The real trick is to make sure you are on the entry BEFORE the spot where you want to add the line. Click "After the Current Line". Then you click Next Image and there will be your blank entry.
