Wisconsin Marriages - missing file date

There is no file date. Should I assume the year from other information on the record? or mark it blank.

There are no examples available to help me decide.

    You did not include a Batch number with your question, so I cannot look at the batch you are doing. You need to look at the indexing instructions and follow their instruction. On most batches, you do not assume dates do you would mark the field bland, but follow what the instructions tell you to do.

    Thanks. That was my inclination. As I said, there are no examples, and no clear instructions about pulling the year from the rest of the document.
